At Candyland Galway, we want you to love your treats; however, due to the perishable nature of food items, returns are generally only accepted for damaged or incorrect products. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to resolve any issues with your order.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Our Team
Email our customer support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue regarding your confectionery.
- 2.Provide Documentation
Attach clear photographs of the damaged packaging or incorrect items so we can verify the claim with our quality control team.
- 3.Await Authorization
Once reviewed, we will send you a return authorization code and instructions on whether the physical product needs to be sent back to our Galway shop.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
After approval, we will process a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a fresh replacement of your favorite sweets immediately.
